About the community
Phillips Creek Ranch is a master-planned community developed by Republic Property Group, a Dallas-based residential developer. At full build-out it is planned for roughly 3,700 homes and about 12,000 residents, making it one of the larger master-planned communities in Frisco.
The plan is organized around an extensive creek system, lakes, parks and hike-and-bike trails, with more than 100 acres set aside as green space and a network of neighborhoods built by a range of production and custom home builders.
Where it is
The community sits in west Frisco, near the intersection of Stonebrook Parkway and Teel Parkway — north-west of that corner — putting it within reach of the Dallas North Tollway and the wider Frisco employment and retail corridor.
